A Very Important Date!

Members of Songwriters for Survivors are hurrying, scurrying, planning, calling, designing for "a very important date." The White Rabbit in Alice In Wonderland was in fear of being late for a very important date!

Visit this page often and you won't be late. Put May 12, 2012 on your calendar and don't miss the very, very important date. Everyone will be headed to the North Alabama Fair Grounds in Muscle Shoals, Alabama for  tornado relief benefit for the students in Hackleburg, Alabama, another event presented by Songwriters for Survivors. We will start at 11:00 and run until...well, that has not been decided. The day will be packed with lots of entertainment.

Songwriting Contest - Details on how to enter, entry fees and deadline for submissions will be published soon. Click the link in the sidebar to our website to download entry forms (available soon).

Songwriter's Rounds - We have an awesome lineup of Pro Songwriters who will sit in with our local songwriters.  Great entertainment! Some may not be aware of the amount of talent right here at home so plan to join us for fun, music and all for a worthy cause.

Headliners - It's a surprise right now, but the headliners will finish out the evening.

We are still raising money for the tornado victims from last April and just last week tornadoes ripped through  some of the same areas destroying homes that had just been repaired from last year's damage. We urge everyone to support this upcoming benefit. Click the link to our website and donate securely through PayPal.
